Newbie from North Jersey

Hey hows everyone doing?

I came across this site in the past month and have been slowly looking over and learning. I must admit, it's definitely exciting to find a place like this where you're able to learn so much and have the opportunity to network with others in the area.

I'm a 26 year old from Teaneck, and currently work as a Pharmacist in Downtown Jersey City. I recently purchased my first 2 family home in Clifton NJ and plan on moving in within the next year or 2. I'm new to the real estate world and know that there is so much to learn, and a site like this has honestly been a great plus to my RE education. I ideally want to get into purchasing and holding for steady cashflow, focusing more on 2-4 family homes. This is my beginning goal, with plans in the future to expand and learn more about the real estate world.

I'm looking forward to networking and meeting with others, and would love to have an experienced mentor who wouldn't mind taking me under there wing to learn first hand. If there's one thing I know, you can read a million books and watch a thousand videos, but unless you have the experience first hand, its very difficult to truly learn.
