I’ve always had a passion for real estate and dream of owning properties someday, and I plan to invest more time in this field after I graduate.I’m particularly interested in starting off with wholesaling as a way to enter the real estate market with minimal capital.

And I know people will see my passion and know I am doing well by them.

I am passionate about helping teach others, especially women, learn how to do the same!!

It's about, in my case, doing something I love, creating a community that I can also learn from, and leaving a legacy for my six kids and their kids. 50 years from now they're gonna see my videos on money and finance.I think it's all about a person's passion, and helping people leave their W2 is a lot more exciting to me right now than closing a deal.

(I do have a unit that I plan to make into an MTR sometime in the next few years... that's as far as I've gotten.)My opinion is that you should invest in STRs because: you're passionate about hospitality and therefore want to own and operate an STR successfully.
