How many spaces can fit on diagonal? 

Hello All,We're in the process of making an offer on a house that has a diagonal crack in the basement from the window.

i use the lowes 67 cents/sq ft ceramic tile in starter home rehabs...buyers prefer this over vinyl, plus it's cheap..you can invexpensively dress it up with a border, accent, offset pattern or diagonal pattern, etc.

Right now the property is heaving on one corner and then diagonally the opposite corner is sinking.

We reached parity about 2 years ago for a short period of time and remained just under parity until late last year.  

If you can save $100K in the next 3 years, then you can reasonably assume it will maintain parity with what you think $100K could buy you today.  

The ceiling above the kitchen shows cracks running diagonally through it.

Tile for floor you can get not expensive put diagonal and give a expensive look.

Most turn keys have there standards and your right there is no parity to it.. so a buyer should get a rehab scope of work and compare exactly what was done and then have a 3rd party inspection verify that its done as noted.

I was planning to just install the single piece 22" depth formica tops from HD and cut to fit, but notice the diagonal piece above the DW which is deeper than the 22".
