Partner A puts unlimited hours into orchestrating the flip (managing contractors, architects, engineers, budgets, even helping Partner B locate banks for lending, etc) while partner B sole acts as "lender/investor" of sorts. 

I'm a Broker in Honolulu so I understand how difficult in can be to orchestrate a cash flow like yours.

I can't help but think much of all of what has gone on was orchestrated from the start, as the end game.Oh well, they can't buy everyting......yet.

In Cairo the mob appeared and pretty much disbanded on command, so that shows us that it is not just a group of ticked off citizens (there are many I'm sure) but that it is orchestrated with a leadership structure.

There is an orchestrated attempt by government, professional organizations and quasi-government agencies (secondary market) that is and will be squeezing investors and operators.

At some point, the system needed to change...the only shame is that the solution was already orchestrated by the folks at the helm now and it's going to be more garbage in garbage out (digital dollar).

And to be honest, I don't feel confident in managing and orchestrating all that remotely on a day-to-day basis. 

I will admit, I don't have that much else to bring to the table as of yet unless you need orchestral/hybrid music written for an ad or something like that. 

Do you have the intellectual horsepower to execute development projects of your own, organize teams, raise capital, and act as a deal orchestrator and sufficient vision to serve the space market for your chosen product type?
