So each module could be:1) Distill operating numbers and decide which property of multiple would be best to offer on.2) Getting money together to figure how much I can buy.

Very good program consisting of multiple modules that explain how to create, and build a note business.Once you have bought this program and look inside Jason Lucchesi and Clint Keller have a star line up of investors that pretty much co-sign for these guys.

I listened to his webinar and it appears some of the modules maybe useful, especially the Deal Making Guide Module.

I am completing a module that will allow me to send letters to the tenants with very little work.

Comp Sci majors are really good an module testing, sorting, searching, hash codes, compiler design, TCP, fields, records, etc, everything in the software space, very little understanding of the hardware that surrounds the software.

We use RentManager and it's pretty good, it has a very good accounting module too.
