So if you buy in the right community and have a home that offers an experience that the kids and parents will creat memories, there are plenty of opportunities for you to capture business. 

You might have wonderful memories of grandma’s house and know it’s incredibly safe based on fond memories of playing cops and robbers with your friends at night, but guests have their own point of view.

Personally, I prefer the CRM approach (see diagram) since the homeowner communication is critical -- besides, without them, there is no deal.   

When you have a business contract, the contract is to memorialize the agreement but doesn't mean at every turn each party should try to beat the other over the head with it.

@Joey Middlemiss I know nothing about tiny homes but you did say one thing in your post that brought up memories of my previous life as a civil engineer so I wanted to give you a heads up.
