Hey There @Ed Lopez - Sorry to hear you are running into this issue...I think like anything I remind myself NO ONE is going care more about my property/project than me so managing the manager or general contract is definitely my job. 

As a reminder anyone can open a new LLC or company under another name and start to raise money for that fund.

Oh, and in today's mail I found out they are transferring my SDIRA to Inspira as well, because they say I will be served better.

I would send a letter to all units of the building reminding them of the clause in the lease you cited and let it play out from there.

After several reminders, ABC Baltimore started paying rental guarantees in March 2018 ($1260/month) and they were almost always late.

I think you have to own them if the people were nice and respectful.One thing I've found is that you have to specifically remind them in the beginning, middle, and the end, that you want to provide a 5-star stay to result in a 5-star review.
