If you're getting all those other toys the quality of the main tools is undoubtedly lower.

Daniel,It sounds like your looking for a range of the insurance cost (say $x to $y) for a type of property. 

The best thing you can do is know your numbers, pick a small section (preforeclosures, absentee owners, tired landlords, etc) and stay laser-focused on that niche.
