Hi my name is Lina Truong and I just recently moved to Kyle, Texas from San Diego, I very opened to learn the ins and outs of starting from 0 to get knowledge and advise on buying a property for MTR.

Based on the knowledge and experience you have, would you consider this strategy if you had to go back at my age?

The experience/knowledge of being an agent will help you so much.  

Unless you have time, desire and knowledge, hiring a property manager sounds like the right option.

It could be some sort of skill set for renovations, design for furnished rentals, specific market knowledge, owner occupied loan products for a house hack, etc.
