You need to set actual realistic goals, realistic being they key word, pick a market study it, study it again, study it some more than decide if the yield works for you.

If you set your keywords to storage there are a handful of us that have been here for awhile haha.

We still get quite a large number of bookings on our own site, CabinsNearGatlinburg.com, and the percentage of direct bookings is getting larger again, after declining for the last several years.We rank fairly high on several key words, so we are getting a fair amount of organic traffic.  

Couple of recommendations:- Set up keyword alerts which will allow you to receive notifications anytime a topic or location of interest is mentioned. i.e.
