The Atlanta (etc) PM situation reminds me of the US medical system where Dr's (per the AMA) can only give you toxic pills and not solve the underlying problem, which means you're in an endless cycle of going to multiple Drs getting more and more prescriptions.

Apparently he is covered in scabs and actively dealing meth, pills and heroin from my home and has for the last several years.

I am just talking about once you get this figured out.And I have had 2 suicides in my homes in Orygun.. one successful  gun shot but he went out in the backyard.. another pills.  

I have my license 1.5 yrs now.The license is a tool, it is not a magic pill that will make you an investor.
