I pushed to have an office slightly south of Seattle because it provides much more opportunities to house-hack (and still be within a 20-minute commute to the office) vs core Seattle/Bellevue, which I believe is the best way to get started in real estate.With each hiring candidate, I intentionally look for and/or instill a real estate passion, otherwise it's just a job to them. 

Even then Instill let subs supply all materials and make a little extra.

As a company, we not only survived, but we thrived during the last recession because we were transparent with our communication, we had complete and total buy-in from all of our team members and we instilled trust in our owners.  

I figured if i factor in the worst case of having to put money in, still the value of the house is going to go down.

Unfortunately, with any downturn, it instills fear in consumers and for the short to mid-term they become savers. 

Your mortgage to bank in still recorded in the your personal name but the asset is held in LLC (deed) You need to do more research on this as to what your overall goal is.

Are there any particular daily habits that you’ve instilled that has helped you accelerate your goals?

My plan was to accumulate properties as I move from instillation to  instillation as the Army moves me.

I learned everything I know about REI from my dad and I am 30 years in, still learning his lessons every day.
