I am in an R3 zone so I am under the impression I have the ability to do so.

I’ve seen people open carry (not here in Los Angeles of course) and I always get the impression they are more concerned about making a statement than they are about protecting themselves.

Beyond the obvious questions of what this "team" does, I was very confused by Bob's comments as I was under the impression that Bob owned a Cleveland property management company called 5 Points Property Management.

We were under the impression that it wouldn't matter since we hadn't refi'd the first yet to learn, but found out how wrong that was.  

We chose this timing because 1) there was less chance of additional issues making the refund seem inadequate, and 2) it created a positive impression right before guests were likely to leave a review.

I was under the impression that it typically is a lower cash flow then STR which is why I haven’t don’t any investigation.

What are you impressions?

That’s impressive—looks like your hard work is paying off!

This is particularly impressive given that it’s located in a very small town with only two stoplights.

Not very impressed so far.
