When I first started this thread, I really was hyper focused on passivity, but I have tried to implement more immediate and less drastic measures to help reduce the stress, so I can hang with my current primary asset and squeeze a good amount of appreciation, that is still available.Thanks for contributing and best of luck!

So I am familiar with soflo.One strategy I am trying to implement is The 4-3-2-1 Strategy:Start with a 4-unit property: Live in one unit, rent out the others to cover your mortgage and expenses.Repeat with 3-unit, 2-unit, and attain your dream home last (1 unit property)After 12 months of living in each property, consider a cash out refinance to use equity for improvements or further investments, if beneficial for you.Build a real estate portfolio of 10 rental units in a 3 year span while generating rental income.

For the past few years I’ve been periodically posting about complex, somewhat hard to implement, and time consuming strategies and tactics that I’ve used and can be used to “accelerate” wealth building in real estate.  

@Jonah Hartsburg The FCRA says you must establish and implement written policies and procedures regarding the accuracy and integrity of information you furnish to a CRA.

the sale of the design includes CAD files making it easy to implement changes. 

I mean look at all the things @Scott Trench has implemented to help passive investors with syndication and bad actors in that realm. 

the rent control advocates blame the “greedy” landlords instead of their ignorance of basic economics which is the real reason rents increase when rent control is implemented.  

I am also still going over notes and trying to implement some of the bigger things I learned.
