It's just this one bad section 8 tenant and a ghetto landlord that is part of the problem. well back to the house sitter.. move out if rent is 3k a month get someone in for 1k a month as a house sitter. no place is immune that's for sure..

While pointing out deficiences will usually get other sellers to take notice, these sellers are immune to claims arisding out of such matters, so it has to be known to all to make a difference to them, IMO.
