This lonely corner of the world is ripe for the picking after the current real estate hot spots dry out so lets get a leg up on them and make our small towns beautiful in the process.

Surely, I can fix up and rent out to someone who will likely rent out b/c Nash is such a hot spot much like Austin (Texas property taxes are high though).

Can you just get some kind of a temporary hotspot set up that they can use, for the duration of the work?

There are vast swings depending on the price-point and target audience that is most likely to frequent your STR.In general I see locations in the "hot spots" of the urban core leading to one norm in terms of occupancy trends and those near lifestyle locations and hospitals leading to a very different set of norms.  

There are a lot of hot spots in Florida where there is good appreciation, rent growth and high tourism.

I would have a competent electrician check for aluminum wiring and hotspots as a starting point, because this can also be hazardous.  

I already started researching by using MLS and Zillow.It seems like everyone is mentioning Lake Nona as the new hot spot for investments in the area!

A lot of people from Covid hotspots have purchased with cash in order to have a "escape house" should the shelter-in-place orders return this fall/winter.

My question is are there any other hot spots in any other cities that have this return? 

There should be a ton of meetups in Orlando, and when Covid eventually passes Orlando is a hot spot for Real estate conferences, I would highly recommend attending one!
