Does anyone have a STR in Oklahoma City? What kind of occupancy are you seeing? Is it close to the 75% that AirDNA shows?

What area would you recommend? 

What type of customers do you recommend targeting?

@Simcha Davidman my trip to OKC was positive. I met some great people and was impressed with what I saw.  It appears to be a diverse economy attracting visitors for several different reasons. The affordable entry price and steady economy is also attractive. I have not invested here, but it is a market I continue to watch.
