I have found the REI meetings incredibly helpful- have gone to Larry's in Pinellas Park Hibachi Grill a  couple of times, then one in Clearwater at Joe's Crab Shack on Wednesday lunchtime.

I'm looking for some more(there is also one at Hibachi Buffet in Pinellas Park at 7 on Mondays just tell the hostess you are there for Larrys meetup)

She's had several jobs over the years I've known her, but by far the worst of them was an upscale unassisted care in the area with a bunch of amenities, including a chef preparing the daily menu.Health care services in this place are a la carte -- the more you can do for yourself, the less you pay, but if you want a nursing assistant to help you with your shower, you pay, if you want someone to feed you during lunch you pay, and if you no longer fall within the specific requirements of what's called "unassisted care" you can no longer stay at the facility.On the surface of things, the place looks like a geriatrics resort: elaborate meals, planned activities, aerobics classes, hydrotherapy. 

The money to pay the chef has to come from somewhere!

Too many chefs in the kitchen, spoils the stew.So, I need to focus on vetting sponsors.

At least it's a start when it comes to the numerous liability issues.We offer concierge services (private chef, on-site yoga, on-site massage, etc). and while it doesn't make us a lot of money, our markup is slim to none, it does seem to make our guests really excited and benefit us when it comes to reviews. 

The HOA is run by some savvy investors who see the value in keeping costs down; the chefs have to eat their own cooking.
