Most others who got their checks first and then went to get repairs done found that their checks did not even remotely cover their necessary repairs.The longer you wait to make repairs, the worse the damage gets - wet things in hot humid weather grow mold FAST.To hire a public adjustor or not - most will say yes - I say, depends on the person.

Natural to be nervous, but you need to embrace that.If location is truly great, learn to optimize the cash flow or be prepared to weather a minor cash flow storm.

@Patricia Andriolo-Bull I agree, under those circumstance I would have been lenient, but I'm in Colorado and we weren't affected by weather.
