We actually got quite lucky as COVID wild type strain mutated fast enough to become less harmful and so only 1.2 million Americans have died and only 7.1 million people around the world have died from it, so far.

I have thought of not doing the repair work but she has implied complaining that to City and said the house is not habitable.

If the property contains a residential structure, you can do any necessary repairs to make the property habitable (but not upgrades) and the VALUE (not the cost) of those repairs is an additional charge if there is a redemption.

It was the second year going and boy my wife is sure forgiving when it comes to my habit.  

So, I get them to kick in all the other things that = $$$$ but don't harm there sold price.

I am used to documenting events for forensic purposes, and have experienced judges with poor dietary habits…This is an example of going above and beyond vs interpreting (vague?)
