I've heard the 50K Course is mainly if you need your hand held for the investment journey, but I agree with everyone else.

If you need your hand held with something this simple, you can't possibly succeed when the tasks become more difficult.

I won't need my hand held in terms of getting clients, but would like some instruction and guidance on how to do the paper, accessing properties, getting comps, etc.If anyone has recommendations, please feel free to let me know.Thank you

James has a way to work through ALL of my crazy fears in short sales and has hand held me BIG TIME!!

On a 1000 sf home, one guy runs a drum sander (with belts about $80-$100/day rented from Home Depot), one guy runs a hand-held belt sander ($30 at Harbor Freight), and the third guys runs a 6" Rigid orbital sander (about $130 purchase at HD).  

I was hoping to keep to the MLS for my first flip so that I can have my "hand held" on the first try.So what I get out of the responses is that I need to keep at it, and it may take longer than normal for me compared to those who are already in the game, especially in this market.

This may be better than bringing deals to the person as you can be taught and handheld to your first deal. 

I stayed until the end, because I had already wasted half my day, so another 15 minutes didn't hurt me.I do think it could be good for people that A) Don't know how to do research on their own  B) Don't know how to network C) Like to have their hand held while learning new things.

I know it sounds ridiculous but that's how CO works. you will get sleepy and just pass out. after a while of your body not getting O2, you will die. if you want to check, you can get a hand held CO detector from lowes or home depot and take it up there with you.
