Palm Coast might not have the flashy reputation of Miami, but there’s a lot to love in that area’s growth potential.I’ve been around the real estate block for a few decades, and one thing I’ve seen is that luxury rentals can thrive when they’re more than just “pretty”.. they need staying power.

I own in the Avenue neighborhood and feel it has the has the strongest prospect for growth. 

Right now, I’m focused on building a strong foundation in real estate by expanding my network and learning strategies for sustainable growth.

How do you approach balancing immediate cash flow with long-term equity growth in your investments? 

I am looking to grow the portfolio to short term rents in Daytona Beach, Florida.  

While I don’t own investments there, I’ve explored the market and see potential for some long-term growth.

Lots of investment in the region as well so hopefully quality job growth will continue.

It had become a big growth area and investor friendly. 

There are a lot of markets with solid job markets, strong populations, solid rent growth, but when you are talking ONE property, unless you are considering highly rural areas, it likely doesn't matter.
