Although I am new to REI, I am a hard worker and fast learner ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work.

My advice would be roll your sleeves up and search for the park yourself.  

@Michael Baum I’m covered in tattoos and don’t own a shirt with sleeves.

They may leave the jacket in the car but they always have button down long sleeve dress shirt and a tie. 

I'm more than happy to add value however I can in exchange for someone sharing their knowledge; whether that be rolling up my sleeves and doing work on properties or bringing deals!

Real estate is not an efficient market and it is more time consuming than other investments, so there will always be opportunity for those who are willing to roll up their sleeves. 

I'm mostly curious if active users, and real estate investing genius's like yourself, have any tips or tricks up their sleeves that may help a complete beginner get up to speed on BP Forums. 

and if you ever see a true timber Faller you will see their pants cut off at the boot top and duck taped and their long sleeves duck taped and a netted helmet.. many times when angered these buggers go after people etc..
