congrats to all the kids on here with their successes..pretty awesome i think....and thanks to the vets for being so encouraging instead of knockin us down..i'm 23..own one single family, and now just purchased a 4 unit property recently as well...trying to keep my debt down best i can...all my friends make fun of my beat up old truck and im renting a walk-in closet in someone's house...one day i'll have a car that doens't wreak of gasoline!

Depending on your area, consider solar if keeping home for a while longer or a solar good generator so as gasoline could be a hassle for tenants...not to mention hazardous7.

The reason is that it's BECAUSE people are using more gasoline that the price is $4.00 and it's BECAUSE people are using less that it's $2.00.The reason I mention this is it relates to interest rates directly.
