If someone were to break in to my home, steal ALL my stuff; my cars, trucks, art collections, flat screen TVs, laptops, computers, gadgets and devices of all shapes and sizes - they would probably NOT TOUCH the scores of books, audio programs, and training packages and programs we have purchased over the years to make all of this possible.So here is where we are as property owners/property managers.Yes, we have residents calling us now offering to pay what they can.

We're in NY, my wife's mom was in San Francisco, didn't take her laptop with her when she visited, and they had to lookup something on her computer, all she had to do is borrow a laptop, log into the Office 365 account, and do whatever, like pull up a spreadsheet.

I use a Mac laptop so I purchased Parallels and then installed Windows so I could use the Windows version of QB Desktop Pro, which is what my tax attorney uses as well.

@Suzanne Chan light fixtures are doable, doors should be doable but can be finicky if one house or the other isn't perfectly square and the door rubs, with solid doors this can be corrected with most interior doors it can't.

This is the case anyways, but it's going to be the tenant's knee-jerk reaction to say "You should have to replace my laptop since that pipe burst and it soaked my coffee table, where the laptop was."

Ideally would like get an app on my phone, pay once and be done with it....I dont want to pay monthly fee ...It would be good if I could have an access to the transactions not just on my phone but also on my laptop..Is there anything like that?
