If you feel like you need to add any more protections or things like a general expense sheet for replacement you can add those addendums and usually they have a blank addendum. 

I have found addendum templates online that I could use to extend the lease month to month, but I would feel more comfortable if someone with a legal background put the contract together for me.

We feel that rates will come down in the next year, so we will hopefully take advantage of it when it does.

I feel versed in the process and still would like to find someone experienced to do this with.

But, there are great “feelings” of belonging to a “community” and becoming an “investor”.

It just feels like there’s quite a bit to consider…my salary and time.

A lot of positive reviews from these mentors/gurus comes from people who psychologically feel the need to justify why they parted with thousands of dollars even tho deep down they know they were duped.If these gurus were really successful, they would be out doing deals, not selling courses.
