Realtors take some pics and then they sit back and wait" I love that fantasy!

Before moving to California, I worked in two early stage startup companies and with that, my fantasy of getting rich quick has been tempered by reality.

In my fantasy flipping world (during driving the neighborhood) I don't know how to improve the look of the house without removing it.

You will find that being the fifth broker shuffling paper and emails on fantasy billion dollar deals to be a very unprofitable waste of time.  

Learn all you can...but try not to buy into folks that are pushing books, non-accredited courses and fantasy theory.So be careful all.

I would talk about flipping house and watch flip shows all day and they assumed it was a get rich quick fantasy.

To make a long story short, I totally turned around my entire life in the last 10 years and became the success story that I used to believe was fantasy.

I've read up on the 2% rule and this seem to be an utter fantasy in Fresno CA, which is pretty depressing.We feel that we've got a very fortunate head start that many people could only dream of, but we're not sure how to take advantage of it.

Was it a childhood fantasy finally realized or simply, that looks cool I gotta get one of those?

I guess that playing to one's ego is always in style :D There are certainly many who benefit from promulgating the fantasy that average Joe can sit around and day trade some financial products in their shorts and make a living doing it.
