Any local landlords been effected by the underground vault explosions?

I live in LA and have an idea where these geo areas are (hipster explosions)., but wonder if there is a way to pull stats to help identify fringes that aren't already hot but will be down the road.

Hi @Michael Bangsal, I do feel the bay area is too high right now, but the explosive growth in rent and the current low interest rate make it more interesting.

Also the light rail will go all the way up to UNCC by 2017 so we are seeing an explosion of growth in that area too.
