I have a follow up question from yesterday's as I continue to build my team in Akron/Canton, OH for STR's.

Our goal is to be able to use either some type of software or spreadsheets to continue to build off of and help dial in our costs as we begin to hire more contractors for our team.

However, within three days of moving in, one family member reported experiencing asthma issues and mentioned an unidentified smell.

As for the cost of the ticket I'm very sorry but I'm not able to help with anything membership payment or ticket related I just don't have access to any of that info but the support team should definitely be able to help with that question [email protected] I'm also attending Mometum so I look forward to seeing you there tomorrow!!

I’m also based in California and invest in Detroit, where prices are far more reasonable, and there are still strong cash flow opportunities.Detroit has a solid rent-to-price ratio, improving economic fundamentals, and plenty of value-add potential if you have the right team in place.

At the end of the day, the backbone of every business is pretty much the same: you need a strong, committed team.

My team has conversations all the time with borrowers, especially those that own real estate, that  thing DSCR options are their ONLY options.
