Hi Art,  No, we've just recently closed on a beach rental and I'm about to close on another this month. 

I suspect there are already excellent deals, and that there is reason to believe that buying will be rewarded handsomely over the next 10 years, but that the "bottom" may still be 12-18 months away in a market like Tampa.

Another tool that is really excellent for this is Pricelabs.

It is not very difficult or complicated to evaluate commercial real estate, there are plenty of good books available that can teach you how, textbooks, online courses, community college classes, even excellent youtube videos etc, and it is actually quite enjoyable in the process to learn.

I feel like they took my money and didn’t give the excellent service advertised on their website.

I know I can create a series of my own documents regarding this in Word and Excel, but am wondering if there is some kind of software package out there that handles this problem?
