I purchased both as a package and for the next six years enjoyed great cash flow as I paid the tax on the house lot annually at about half of what it should have been and neglected to pay anything on the tennis court lot.  

At some point, the juice isn't worth the squeeze for us and we just want to enjoy life. 

The insights I’ve gained so far have been invaluable, and I’m eager to expand my network and grow alongside other professionals in the field.

Whie DOS lender risk may or may not be high, being ininsured is... well, enjoy your 'asset protection'.

It does complicate things and has given me a couple headaches, but I enjoy it and glad I get to include some of them.

But when it comes to choosing or creating investments that will produce a return along with personal fulfillment or enjoyment, then I say it definitely matters what you invest in and where you invest.  

Although, I enjoy Tampa, I'm just not seeing the same opportunities.
