It is funny how they are common there but such 3 story 3 families are rare outside New England.

I wonder if this corresponds to what you mention or if it's some other reason such as New Englanders being older, fiscally more conservative, etc.

@Marcus IsaacWhat you've got there is a possible one of the first post war style neighborhood, and maybe a "National" home which you can find in every town through the Midwest (I'm in Indiana, so I'm not sure if the same goes for New England area).

My mls only services the new england region and i would like to look at properties in other states without having to use realtor.com. is there another multi state mls site, im looking mostly for multi's but also land and residential as well.thanks
