Unless I'm working with a complete financial idiot (which there are a few out there), what borrower in their right mind is going to pass up such a massive financial benefit, that's effortless to obtain?

It appears as long as you enter all of your tax information at set-up time (you can enter it at anytime but they suggest you do it early), tax time will be effortless.
