Does anyone want to put me in as a referral for Buildium and get a $50 statement credit?

I am looking to sign up today or tomorrow and was wondering if anyone wanted to share their personal experiences using the software? I am particualarly interested in the accounting features to simplify tax time. I like Appfolio the best but I only have 11 units and cannot justify the cost of Appfolio vs Buildium.
