Home prices in eastern MA have continued to climb, and now interest rates are as well - and the Fed has said that they plan 3 rate increases next year.

Look at parts of eastern Mass that are served by commuter rail. 

Any recommendations throughout eastern PA and New Jersey are welcomed. 

It’s very common for people to commute an hour or more to jobs in NYC and a lot of those people could wind up choosing to live in places like Nassau County and north eastern NJ.

And Montgomery County can be a tale of 2 cities with the eastern part of the county being drastically different from the western part of the county.

You might talk with local lenders like Eastern Bank and Rockland Trust to see whether there are any portfolio loan options.The fact that you don't have a lot of experience under your belt might be a problem though.

Maybe it's my Eastern European upbringing. ;)
