If you don't do anything within the software, maybe only your bookkeeper needs the software and he/she can print out the reports for you.If you want access, then you and the bookkeeper would need the desktop version and possibly a shared folder like google drive to share the quickbooks file.Intuit used to sell the quickbooks desktop(one time purchase).

In Phoenix, where I’m based, or in markets like San Antonio, the best realtors do more than just list properties.. they go “driving for dollars” to find oppurtunity, leverage their local networks (probate attorneys, CPAs, divorce attorneys) and carefully analyze each property’s cash flow.

figuring that if I track and work towards creating and "presenting" 250 specific deals to my clients.My Theory being: Tracking "deals presented" will pull forward the need to go search and find deals, and will also drive the deals closed and revenue numbers, so we shall see but logics out to me so I'm liking it so far.
