Any advice you would give to someone first starting out?

Could you expand upon "leverage the start of your entire life"? 

Or what are other tips to start gaining traction from the beginning? 

Start by analyzing cash flow and market demand for each property to decide which one to rent out.

Instead, they can foreclose next year and sell into a better market, and they are starting off $4 million better than they were. 

Currently have a great job but want to start acquiring  2-4 unit complexes.

For those just starting out: keep taking consistent action and small steps.
