It seems like they are being unprofessional and do not want to.The issue is that depreciation schedules are not given to the IRS when you submit the return.4562 which is used to calculate depreciation is given to the IRS but it does not factor in non-depreciable items such as land.

This is because DSCR loans do not follow/ pass consumer protection laws. when you live in the property, it creates massive problems for this loan type and the lender which would issue it to you.

I use Proper insurance, unwritten by Lloyds of London, for my STR - covers the extra issues you would expect from an STR like vandalism, alcohol liabilities, business interruption up $10k, hot-tub cooties etc.
