If you're saying you never asked, or had any arrangement with this person to find you BUYERS, then why on earth were they finding you a Buyer?

Nothing really innovative or earth shattering.  

I did get a call from a neighbor that they saw racoons going into the house, and in Google earth view, there was a tarp on part of the roof. 

A physical asset that has the ability to generate passive income is the greatest thing on earth.  

One of them into what looks like it should have been more lots, but instead leads into grass and huge piles of earth which have since grown over.
