Hi all, getting ready to jump in probably part time at first. I've all ready read a ton and have much more listed to read. I lost a huge amount of cash mid 2000's when I first was Interested in getting into RE, Went into a franchise instead, Bad move... I'm late 40's now so I figured I'd better get moving.  I'd like to flip a few small property's before buying some rentals. My wife is gun shy about putting more money on the line so I'll have to look at all options. Even through the large losses I've managed to keep an 820's credit score, we'll see if that matters I guess. Thanks for the great site. Ron.
