The cost to "evict" may actually be 1/20th since 'stuff' doesn't have tenant's rights the way a residential tenant does, but the entire other basked of 'stuff' to deal with seems like it might be closer to 1/2 or 75% of the 'normal' level of time/attention/etc that you as the landlord have to deal with.... but you're only getting 1/20th the income.Unless of course you are going to tie these to the 7 units themselves, and moving forward every time there is a vacancy, include the storage with the unit as a bundled pair, and increase the rent accordingly.

Unless you plan to pair it with a construction division or can build out a brokerage and the property management is utilized to bring in and/or retain business, it's not a great business to be in if you plan to manage 3rd party assets.

Also, I would just consider the crypto as unreachable as well - the whole point of crypto currency is that it's supposed to be protected from fraud, seizure, third party control, etc, for whomever holds the keys.

It’s all about having a clear, focused strategy and sticking to it. agree paying down principal day one really saves you interest and the amount you would pay it down say a few hundred a month .. that money does nothing for increasing your holdings one just spends that on dining and a new pair of shoes etc.. then if you need to cut back on payment you can however you would be shocked to how much faster you create real equtiy.
