Their are plenty of government sponsored programs to help home owners stop foreclosure  and the states crack down very hard on unlicensed,uniformed people trying to steal their homes .  

I know in Cincinnati there's been a huge crackdown, and even a few nasty newspaper articles calling wholesalers scammers and such. 

States are starting to crack down on this so avoid those operating illegally and unethically.  

I wish KREC would crack down on this, but I guess they need a complaint to do anything.

Besides government crackdowns on them I see no reason why STR won’t remain profitable for the foreseeable future. 

Great if you don’t get caught, but some municipalities in my area are starting to crack down, and unpermitted work could cause the flipper to have to undo work already done to satisfy the building inspector.

They crack down on any suspicious reviews and don't allow the business owner to delete bad reviews, as long as they are legitimate (most of the time, anyway).

I'm not sure if many people are aware of the use of a conditional order of dismissal to crack down on lease violations.

We would also like to install some security camera's onsite to see how the doors are getting propped open in the first place so we can crack down on the practice.
