Their are plenty of government sponsored programs to help home owners stop foreclosure  and the states crack down very hard on unlicensed,uniformed people trying to steal their homes .

Great if you don’t get caught, but some municipalities in my area are starting to crack down, and unpermitted work could cause the flipper to have to undo work already done to satisfy the building inspector.
