My main exposure to Bakersfield is dong property inspection and usually in B+ to A+ areas, so I am not the best person to ask about all the different neighborhoods.

I also visit South Texas where I get more specific stories (from Granny) of these ding dongs Amercians driving in to Mexico from the border for just fun.

Don't be afraid to pay a lawyer real money to supply yu with one and help you udersstand it.You are going to be dong deals for tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I'd recommend starting in your local market to get the hands on education of viewing the properties and dong the leg work needed to put together a successful deal.Obviously if you can't reach your goals in your market then you may need to look elsewhere.
