Lessons learned!  

Currently we both work remotely and just graduated college.

Hope your next steps are much more smooth and you can take those lessons and turn them in to gold.

For those who have invested in both, what were your biggest lessons learned?

Everything around the lot is older but the neighborhood is less than 5 minutes away from downtown, hospital and colleges. see this all the time in and around downtown columbus OH, we have frindge areas that are getting rehabbed and flipped like crazy and then the new builds come in. 

This is super helpful and I can't emphasize enough how this first sub-to purchase has been a lesson in "I don't know what I don't know." 

While the trucking business may not have worked out like you wanted, I'm sure you've learned lots of lessons.
