Just remember... that works in the Army and not so much in the civilian sector.

We've seen enormous amounts of large scale development in terms of housing and general commercial to support the influx of new city inhabitants.

So I think if I was able to be seen by a judge, it seems like it should be pretty cut and dry I think...So can a civilian like myself "file a lawsuit" with the court?

I would change the lock on the door and post a notice that the property is inhabitable.
