You go to the doctor you say I am sick.

They wanted to buy a way bigger house than their current big house and they decided to keep it.As they rented it after 3 weeks to doctors, then as @matthewpaul pointed out, they bought a house and moved out after 1 year.It took them 3 months to rent it, a lot of stress during that 3 months.

I've used the Home Depot type that looks just like the Rug Doctor above.

You wouldn't have to worry about buying a home, repairs, anything.At the end of it all, once your residency ends, more likely than not you will be making very good money via your work as a doctor.

I know a doctor who's been working with them; he's a passive investor with HUGE active income; Wealthabilty helped him figure out how to leverage the real estate depreciation to reduce his taxes.Hope that helps.

Maybe you're just not ready for this type business or could find a way to figure it out on your own.Alternatively, look at medical doctors.

However I know of some friends who are Doctors and the like who always wanted to get into it but don’t have the time … or know how.  

My wife and I are both doctors that retired from our career path in medicine through real estate investing.

Didn't hear from him for a few months, and he presented a doctors bill for $6,000.

Unless you're in a situation where you're at high risk of being sued like a doctor or you have a lot of assets and people are after you, I don't think it's worth the extra hassle
