Terry Burger (a 7 Figure Flipping board member and REI professional) hired someone to answer calls live and paid them $12 an hour with a bonus if a deal closed.

Burgers are the face and is how money is made.

In my thoughts, it's a positive thing, but not an indicator of neighborhood class A,B,C,D or structure class A,B,C,D.If it's reasonable walking distance (a 10 to 15 minute walk) to the Walmart, and fast foods like Burger King, 7-11, Arbys, Wendys, etc...

My concern with that is the whole giving the rat a piece of cheese. will there be something else that bothers him?  

If I own a Burger King franchise, and corporate tells me to sell less Whoppers (let's say they cap my burger sales at 7% Whoppers, or they fine me), I'm going to do 2 things: 1) Put less signs up about Whoppers, more signs about other burgers. 2) Jack up my Whopper prices.

The cost savings really comes into not having to run new duct and make the house swiss cheese.  

So Rob,What are some of the locals favorites...Any recommendations that you like personally.Texas has the chains, Whataburger and Taco Cabana for fast-ish dining, that most people like.Hammerheads for all things meat, Grind for Burgers, Gravely for Beers, Please and Thank you for the best cookies in the city, Surnegos for the best coffee, and Jack Fry's for the best historic place to eat!
