This historical-registered $2.2 Million Hancock Park home is a reimagined contemporary design of an elegant early 20th Century Georgian Colonial, originally built in 1919.

But if the Builders were bullish, the lots wouldn’t be for sale  Absecon Island has gone through building booms-and-busts way back to the early 20th century (and probably before).

Time to enter the 21st century.

Plus, this does not sound tremendously dated or obsolete building situation (built mid-century and updated since)....I do, though, like when landlords are responsible and don't squeeze all the juice out of the lemon and exit stage left (and pass on all the deferred capital costs to a less informed buyer, like a hot potato).

You can go with a national chain (Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams etc.)

He was a referral to me and is currently helping me with my design and plans to build a mid century 4 unit apartment building up in Yucca Valley. 

We've used the Camelot and Century - both standalone and the older wireless (ZWave) model.  

I would like to think that an STR from the last century would be grandfathered in but that is not guaranteed. 

Note that if the plan was from a long time ago (say the 19th Century or early 20th Century), you may not find much.
