OTA business doesn't exist without the hosts and screwing hosts will be the last thing they would do.

I've read mixed reviews on host experiences with VRBO and Booking.com, so I've been hesistant to list there.Currently, using PriceLabs and tweaking/ analyzing pricing a few times a week.Honestly, my photos are not the greatest yet, but it is a high priority for me to get professional photos soon.

I also also co-host a weekly Zoom Q&A on MTRs called MTR Office Hours in a Skool Community.This is why I tag you into questions like this.

Too bad other hosts don't consider the new expectations we're receiving not only from guests but also OTA sites.

I'm also wondering what others thoughts are on the integrity of REICLUB to host and appear to endorse a program that is clearly a SCAM. 

But I will say from the feedback we've been getting from hosts in the Smokies, make sure you run your numbers good and know how to stand out in a heavily saturated market.

I am primarily hosting traveling medical personnel because there is a lot of demand for these professionals in our area and because my units are suited to their needs.

But at first, just be a great host and you'll get great reviews.

Now with that said, if they're hosting a live event or an invite to something, of course I'd want communication.
