John, I've partnered with attorneys, their time in making cotton candy at a state fair booth is no more valuable than the other guy doing the same thing.

Their mentality: Why buy an apple when you can buy a candy apple for the same price...BOA will give you everything that sold in that area going back several months to a year.

Our local military population is mostly National Guard, but last month I took the kids to an event put on by the FRG that was co-sponsored by a mortgage company that handed out goodie bags (coloring pages, candy, logo pens and travel mugs) to all the parents and kids with a flyer and business card explaining VA loans, eligibility, costs, etc.

Also, we are not talking about terms on a house sweet grandma with the delicious hard candy lives in.

I wouldn't go out giving 'candy' just yet...

Because of that it kinda gets under the skin when a new guy jumps in on a forum claiming to have to many "great deals" that he can just hand them out like halloween candy.
